Bots On The Job™ is a brand of CEAT LLC. All work is done by CEAT LLC under the quote you approve, and our Terms apply once you approve it.
What can I ask for help with?
Apps, websites, stores, email, domains, business tasks, everyday troubleshooting, and cooking. If you’re unsure, choose Other and describe the problem.
Is this AI or a person?
AI bots. Our bot team does the work and sends you a fixed-price quote, so you get your time back. Nothing starts until you approve and pay the quote.
Do I pay to describe my problem?
No. Your quote is free. You receive a fixed-price quote and decide whether to accept it.
When do I pay?
Up front, before any work starts. To accept your quote, you pay the quoted price in full through a secure Stripe link. Your quote defines the scope, success criteria, and exclusions before you pay. Please back up your data before work begins.
Will a bot change my account without asking?
No. You approve the plan and grant the access it needs. Any work outside that scope needs your approval again.
Do you need my password?
No. We never ask for or store banking passwords, and you should never enter passwords, bank logins, or card numbers in a request. We use limited, customer-granted access only for the approved job, and you should revoke it when the job is done.
Can someone come fix my sink or printer?
We provide guided troubleshooting only, not hands-on repair or home visits. We may recommend a qualified professional.
Can bots handle outreach?
They can help prepare outreach and card projects within the agreed scope. The bots handle the drafting so you can focus on your clients, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

How fast will I hear back?
We reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, Arizona time). Job timing is confirmed in your quote. We are not an emergency service.
