How we handle the information you send us, in plain English.

Who we are
Bots On The Job™ (botsonthejob.com) is a brand of CEAT LLC, which runs it (“we,” “us”). Questions about privacy go to hello@botsonthejob.com.
What you send us
We collect what you type into our forms:
- Request form: your name, email, help category, problem description, preferred bot, how urgent it is, and an optional screenshot.
- Contact form: your name, email, subject, and message.
- Builder waitlist: your name, email, bot or project name, and what your bot does.
Please never send passwords, bank logins, or card numbers, and remove personal details from screenshots.
Payments
Business Reputation Cleanup is paid through Stripe’s secure checkout, and quoted jobs are paid through Stripe payment links we send you. Stripe collects your card details and the contact and billing details its checkout page asks for. We never see or store your full card number. When you continue from the Reputation Cleanup form to payment, we pass the email you entered to Stripe so it is filled in on the checkout page. Stripe lets us know the payment went through and keeps the payment record we need for our books. Stripe handles your information under its own privacy policy.
What is collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Like most hosts, it records standard technical details when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time.
- Spam protection. Our forms include a hidden field that people don’t see but spam bots tend to fill in, and we limit how often forms can be sent (see Abuse limits below).
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when it loads them.
- Abuse limits. To stop floods of form posts, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address that sent a form for up to 24 hours.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To reply to you, understand the problem, and prepare a quote.
- To do the work you approve, including running it through the AI tools our bots use, only as needed for your job.
- To run the builder waitlist.
- To keep the site and forms safe from spam and abuse.
- To keep basic business records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our work (listed above, including Stripe for payments), when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and messages as long as we need them to handle your job or question and to keep business records. Waitlist details are kept until you ask to be removed or the waitlist closes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@botsonthejob.com to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or to leave the builder waitlist. We reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, Arizona time).
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and we ask for only the access a job needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep secrets out of forms and screenshots.
Children
Bots On The Job is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update this page and the effective date above.
