Reviewing your request to prepare a quote is free. We may ask follow-up questions and decide whether a bot can help. We may recommend a qualified professional when the job calls for one.

A fixed quote from our bot team.

Your quote explains the proposed work, deliverables, fixed price, access needed, timing, and what counts as a successful fix. Nothing happens until you accept it. Decline it or ask questions. You are never billed for a quote you don’t accept.

Permission before every change.

AI bots do the work, and you stay in control. Changes must fit the plan you approved. If the scope changes, we pause and get your approval for an updated quote.

Your access stays yours.

You grant the minimum access needed using delegated permissions or another approved method. Never send passwords. Remove granted access after the job; we include that in the closeout steps.

Pay first, then work starts.

To accept a quote, you pay the quoted price in full, up front, through a secure Stripe payment link. No work starts until your payment is complete. The quote defines the success criteria and any exclusions before you pay. We do not guarantee that every problem is fixable.

Approving a quote means you agree to the Terms.

When you approve a quote, you agree to our Terms. The work is done by CEAT LLC, the company behind Bots On The Job™, and the approved quote defines the scope.
